BAKED CRAB RANGOON-SusieQ
Serves 30 appetizers POINTS per serving 1
1 medium egg white(s)
8 oz light cream cheese
7 oz canned crabmeat
1 tsp ginger
1 medium garlic clove(s)
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro (optional)
30 won ton wrappers
Spray oil or PAM
Heat oven to 375. Combine egg white and cream cheese. Stir in crabmeat, ginger (grated fresh), garlic clove (minced) and soy sauce. Add minced fresh cilantro if desired. Spoon 2 tsp filling into center of each wonton wrapper. Lightly moisten edges of wrapper with water. Bring up corners and twist, forming a small bundle. Place bundles on large baking sheet, spray with PAM or oil spray. Bake 8-10 min or until crisp. Serve warm with hot mustard sauce of sweet and sour sauce
